WHAT IS THE BELIEF CODE?

Do you ever feel like you are struggling under the weight of something that you can’t quite put your finger on? Perhaps your life is not turning out how you wanted and no matter how many experts you see or self-help books you read or programs you try, you just feel STUCK? You just can’t quite break through?

Based on our individual life experiences, from a very young age, we begin to develop stories or beliefs about ourselves and our world around us that then drive nearly everything we do. Beliefs are the foundation of our experience, and our subconscious mind operates in a way to match reality with those beliefs, which reinforces those beliefs even more. It’s a negative cycle that’s hard to break.

A common example we see all the time: A small child in a large, busy family gets sick. Mom stops everything and takes care of him. He might then develop the belief “When I’m sick, I get extra love and attention.” Forever after, anytime he gets sick and mom stops to take care of him, that belief is reinforced by his subconscious mind. In time, his subconscious mind actually begins to program his body to GET sick in an attempt to maintain this source of extra love and attention. Obviously, a limiting subconscious belief like that often leads to a lifetime of chronic health problems!

These limiting beliefs affect all aspects of your life – not just your health but your relationships, self-esteem, financial prosperity, and career choices.
